After about 3 weeks of use I'm seeing my hormonal adult acne clear up before my eyes. My skin went from having about ten deep pimples on each side of my face to only one deep pimple on my left cheek. I also use this with refine and hydrate plus and my skin is starting to feel soft and normal again. I only wish I started using it sooner.

I think this is a great product! It clear my acne up in a little over a month. The only problem I really have with this is it dries my skin out sooooo bad. One day after using this is irritated my skin so much that when I cried, it burned the skin around my eyes, so I had red marks across my eyes the rest of the day.

Cons: dries & cracks skin on hands
After using this product my skin clears in no time cant use anything other than Purity Clean to get rid of my acne. The only problem i find is my hands get irritated, dry & cracked skin, but have found a solution by wearing examination gloves and it works a treat!! :) my hands are no longer dry or cracked :) Sadly the price is a bit steep in Australia although I purchase my products off shore now.

I was using proactiv and it was keeping acne at bay but killing my skin...I tried to go off it with new product in the past but broke out as if I were a high schooler! But not this time. Fully weened and skin looks great.

I live in the UK and was introduced to this product in my home town. It's EXPENSIVE to purchase in the UK. However, I'm delighted to say that my daughter lives near Nashville so I top up my stock, online, during my visits to see her.
Wouldn't be without it but. I have tried other products by Cosmedix but have been disappointed in that they cause my face to flush deep red at different times, with no warning. Embarassing in the middle of a dinner party!
The Cleanser is excellent though.

I have used this cleanser for several years after my facial person recommended it. I had tried a new brand of cosmetics when I turned 50 which broke me out. This cleanser plus Clarity cleared everything up. I wear very little makeup these days.

I have a horrible time finding cleansers that do not leave me feeling greasy. I break out with all moisturizing ingredients. This cleanser by far outdoes the rest. I have no problem what so ever with it and all of the other CosMedix products I am using. I truly love all of the products!

Great cleanser that does it all. Gentle, exfoliating, removes dirt and makeup. I can tell my face is clean after using this cleanser. I use this morning and night followed with Refine. In the morning I follow with Lightning and Reflex to protect from the sun. I highly recommend all the Cosmedix products. They do what they state and make us beautiful. Remember please follow every morning with Reflex sun protection. We must protect the beautiful skin that Cosmedix gives us.

I'm 42 and have battled acne since my teens. About 5 years ago I was introduced to Purity Clean and Purity Balance. This dynamic duo is the ONLY system I can use to safely cleanse and exfoliate without drying or causing other damage and without breakouts. I've recently tried other cleansers to cut my expenses but my face breaks out with everything I have tried. Even products that claim not to do that. Purity Clean and Purity Balance are expensive but they are worth every penny!

I love this cleanser. I have combination skin that is pretty sensitive and prone to breakouts. This cleanser is always gentle and does not dry my skin out too much. I use it every morning, and its wonderful minty scent makes me happy each time.

I love this cleanser. My skin feels super clean and smooth in just a few short days I have using it both in the morn and eve. Smells great and fresh. I let it sit on my skin a few minutes before rinsing. Perfect pump releases just the right amount without waste. I then apply Cosmdeix Emulsion Hydrator and then the spray sunscreen. Wonderful products! Can't wait to have the Cosmedix Timeless Peel!

I really like this cleanser. It is very refreshing, and my face always feels VERY clean after using it. I like the hint of peppermint, it adds to the refreshing sensation. I like that I don't have to use very much of it at all, and so it lasts for a long time.

I just love this product and have been using it for a few years. I like that the bottle dispenses an appropriate amount...eliminating any extra waste! I started using Cosmedix products back In February of 2011. I am 44 years old and starting having acme problems in my thirties. Of course, like every other female you try anything. I've spent tons of money on very expensive products to the cheap ones over the counter and nothing worked as great as Cosmedix. I know have very clear skin, and when I say clear I mean clear. I have no more break outs and my pores are even smaller than what they were before I started using this product.

Best cleanser if you want to clear skin, but don't want to dry it out. You can also use it as a mask. It is the first and essential step to getting clear pores. It is strong enough to be effective.

The first few weeks of using this product somewhat dried out my skin, but once I started moisturizing after, that made a huge difference. I have oily skin so it was refreshing to use a cleanser that stops the oil. It smells delicious and you only need to use a small amount. I love the way it makes my skin feel, very clean and fresh! After using this product for over month now I can see overall texture and improvement on my skin, the dryness has reduced and practically disappeared.
